The more details is that I am not within the country right now. Am now in MALI, so when ever I did transfer to my people, they always ask for the receipt, which I can't receive and provide. Thanks

Stealing use ussd today around 12:22am.

I feel bad because how can someone in the bank will be stealing someone,the person that did this is a bankers. The wrath of God is coming for them it will not take time anymore.

I did not receive the money sent to me. It has made me sad and unhappy.

This has been happening to me for a long time. Also, I cannot get to customer service.

They should make their customer service number available and visible whenever a customer is trying to check his or her balance. It would be of great help and less stressful.

You people have debited me 209 naira three time for three days. Why? What's all these? You even charge me 124 naira for withdrawing 1100 why?. Am not happy at all. You people should return all my money you have reduced because I don't know why you are doing this? Why all these recent debiting every now and then. Return my money oooo am not happy at all
